| | | | | 两岸金融交往的障碍与对策分析 | | | 中国人民银行厦门市中心支行课题组 | | | 目前海峡两岸的经贸关系已十分密切,相比之下金融交往已严重滞后,并给两岸经济交流与合作带来不便和困难。究其原因,主要是台湾新、旧当局死抱“戒急用忍”政策,尤其视金融业为敏感行业,对两岸金融交往的管制比经贸关系更严格。建议今后从学术交流、人员往来、业务磋商、技术对接、金融创新等方面推动两岸金融业的合作与交流。

The main reason is the policy of Taiwan authority, which regards financial industry as a sensitive industry and puts it under strict control. Therefore, we propose to promote the financial relationship through academic communication, personnel communion, business consultation, technical exchange and financial innovation.
