However, both capital inflow and outflow will involve the potential risk. Therefore, how to protect the state's financial safety has become the prime issue of the government policy. At the same time, the coordinative operation of the interest rate policy and the exchange rate policy will play an important role in controlling the capital flow, regulating the capital outflow and foreign capital shock.
