| | | | | 对我国网络银行发展与监管问题的研究 | | | 尹龙 | | | 网络技术的迅速发展 ,改变了传统的信息传播方式 ,导致了网络银行的出现。虽然对网络银行的认识还有一定分歧 ,存在广义和狭义两种定义 ,但普遍认为网络银行将成为下一世纪银行业发展的主流趋势。我国的网络银行起步较晚 ,在发展过程中出现了快速、跳跃性、单一形式等特点。这些特点不仅使我国网络银行存在着网络银行发展过程中的一般性问题 ,而且在安全、信息、发展模式等方面还存在着一些特殊的问题。为促进网络银行的进一步发展 ,进行适宜的监管是必要的 ,但在监管策略上需要注意监管框架、次序 ,市场进入、退出等几个方面的问题。
