传统交际理论认为 ,语言交际实际上是意义的交流。翻译则是跨语际交流意义。意义必依附于一定的形式 ,意义的传译必涉及形式的选择。语篇中的衔接与连贯蕴涵着形与意的关系。从衔接角度讨论翻译的形与意更具操作性。形与意的矛盾在汉英翻译中尤显突出 ,这一方面是汉语结构使然 ,另一方面是汉语相对而言比英语更重意蕴。因而 ,汉译英中 ,形对于译文的传神作用更为微妙。本文以《红楼梦》英译本为例 ,对汉英互译中衔接的作用及处理作初步探讨。译例分别选自杨宪益、戴乃迭以及Ｈａｗｋｅｓ两种译本。一、衔接和连贯的翻译意义在Ｂｅａｕｇｒａ… | | |  推荐 CAJ下载  PDF下载 | | | CAJViewer7.0阅读器支持所有CNKI文件格式，AdobeReader仅支持PDF格式 | | | | Relation Between Form and Meaning in Text Translation | | | WANG Xin-jie (College of Foreign Studies;Jinan University;Guangzhou 510632;China) | | | The Relation between form and meaning is at the same time that between cohesion and coherence.
