| | | | | 新经济的冲击与竞争性垄断市场结构的出现——观察微软案例的一个理论框架 | | | 李怀,高良谋 | | | 本文对新经济的考察以信息资源本质作为基点 ,并由此逻辑地导出技术的市场不相容性定律。这一定律在标准化的约束下导致竞争性垄断市场结构的出现。正是由于传统经济理论对新经济现象缺乏解释力 ,微软一案才出现较大的争议。微软案例表明 ,竞争性垄断市场结构是无法通过企业拆分手段来消除的。值得一提的是 ,美国联邦上诉法院对微软一案的裁决恰好与本文的结论不谋而合。
