| | | | | 我国地方市场分割的成因和治理 | | | 银温泉;才婉茹 | | | 本文以路径依赖理论为分析工具 ,指出地方市场分割是经济转轨过程中出现的特有现象 ,以财政大包干、大量国有企业事实上的地方所有制为基本特征的行政性分权是其深层体制原因 ,传统体制遗留的工业布局、地方领导的业绩评价等现实因素 ,也强化了地方市场分割倾向。在此基础上 ,本文提出了有关政策建议 ,强调只要制定恰当的政策措施 ,深化改革 ,我们完全可以在今后 5到 1 0年的时间内 ,从根本上扭转地方市场分割局面 ,建立一个全国一体化的大市场
