| | | | | 论跨国公司的垂直专业化发展趋势——兼论中国企业的竞争战略 | | | 刘晓昶;刘志彪 | | | 跨国公司的垂直专业化生产贸易已经成为当今世界的发展趋势。本文给出了垂直专业化的界定与测量方法 ,指出产生垂直专业化的四大原因 ,并就跨国公司垂直专业化的战略安排对东道国人才、资源、技术、产品、贸易和产业升级等方面的影响进行了初步探讨。文中最后提出了中国企业相应的竞争战略。
