| | | | | 走向善治与重建社会资本─—中国城市社区建设目标模式的理论分析 | | | 赵盂营,王思斌 | | | 城市社区建设是在政府能力有限性和社会资本的下降与丧失的双重背景下出现的一股潮流，但是到目前为止对于城市社区建设的目标模式缺乏理论分析。有鉴于此，我们在分析中国城市社区建设的时空特性基础上，提出“善治”和“重建社会资本”的双重目标模式。
