| | | | | 构建有中国特色的权力制约机制——邓小平权力监督与制约思想研究 | | | 殷啸虎;王志林;成兆奎 | | | 权力监督与制约是现代宪法与民主政治的一项重要的政治原则。关于权力监督与制约的思想 ,在邓小平理论体系中占有极其重要的地位 ,是邓小平关于政治体制改革思想的核心部分 ,也是邓小平有关民主政治和宪政思想重要组成部分。邓小平在总结中国共产党过去历次的工作失误 ,特别是“文化大革命”教训的基础上 ,明确提出权力监督与制约的主张 ,对权力监督与制约作出了初步构想。邓小平在谈到权力监督与制约时 ,特别强调了制度建设与完善的重要性。邓小平关于权力监督与制约的思想 ,对于我们今天进行有中国特色的社会主义民主政治建设 ,建立和健全权力监督与制约机制 ,具有重要的指导作用
