Importance should be attached to cultural integrity, sustainability of ecological process, biological diversity in tourism development to ensure the benign development of both economic and social benefits. Wu Yang He region and Zhenyuan County boast of high-quality natural tourism resources and human power resources, the development must be scientific and rational, in consistence with the principle of sustainable devel- opment. While highligting the features of being natural and original under the precondition of pro- tection, attention should also be given to trans-regional co-operation and mutual development.
