| | | | | 思想政治教育的“能力人”塑造问题 | | | 林永希,徐玉莲 | | | 极左僵化思潮下“道德人”塑造的沉痛教训是漠视人的利益与能动性，以经济建设为中心的改革开放必然呼唤包括人的素质、人格、才能在内的“能力人”塑造。“能力人”塑造以尊重、关心、爱护人与关注人的利益为原则；“能力人”塑造的三大新观念：“无能也是不道德”、“无德便是恶”、“无功便是过”，本身就具有厚重的道德内涵。
