| | | | | 国际环境法中的贸易与环境问题解读 | | | 秦天宝 | | | 国际环境保护与自由贸易两大潮流的交汇 ,催生了国际环境法中的贸易与环境问题 ,并逐渐成为世界范围内最为热门的话题之一。贸易与环境之间之所以出现冲突与矛盾 ,是因为贸易与环境之间具有不可分割的内在联系。贸易与环境问题具体体现为发展中国家的贸易需求与发达国家的环境政策的冲突 ,其实质也就是如何改变旧的、不平等的国际经济秩序 ,建立新的、平等的国际经济秩序的问题。
