| | | | | 侦查学研究中的几个理论问题 | | | 韩德明 | | | 侦查学理论研究尚处于起步阶段 ,鉴于侦查学理论研究和学科建设的状况 ,明确该学科的研究对象、界定学科性质 ,探讨学科研究方法皆极为重要。侦查学是以犯罪规律和侦查运行规律为研究对象的学科 ,具有正题法则科学的一定属性 ,也兼具边缘学科的一些特点。侦查学研究方法主要有实证方法和阐释方法两种基本类型。
