| | | | | 试论医务人员在医患交谈中的主导地位 | | | 张国芳,余晓平 | | | 运用语言符号进行信息交往是医患间最多见也是最常用的交往方式．可以说医患关系首先是一种语言的关系。医务人员由于其职业的特殊性决定了医务人员在医患关系中始终起着主导作用，由此决定了医务人员在医患交谈中也始终处于主导地位。医务人员既要善于与病人交谈，又要注意交谈的方式方法，这对提高医疗成效大有帮助。为此，必须有意识地加强医学生和医务人员在医疗语言学方面的教育，提高他们在这方面的修养。

Medical personnel play a dominating role in this relationship due to their unique profession, and therefore should always take the lead in the communications. They should be good at communicating with their patients and be cautious about the way of talk, which will be of great help in improving the effectiveness of therapy. For above reasons, we should intensify the education of medical students and personnel to enhance their accomplishment in this aspect.
