| | | | | 英国后工业时期住宅状况 | | | 张杰 | | | 进入后工业时期西方城市与建筑理论和实践发生了很大变化，其中住宅领域的变化才为突出。本文从社会政治，经济和规划设计方面综合分析了英国后工业时期的住宅状况及其历史发展过程。作者认为后工业时期英国住宅建设在实践与理论上的发展及其存在的问题，与英国二次大战之后的住宅发展和英国后工业时期的社会政治经济条件密切相关、一方面，非工业化的城市功能结构和相应的政治经济环境促进了住宅理论的发展。另一万面新的住宅实践又对住宅发展提出了新的理论课题。城市住宅与环境经济发展与社会公平成为推动住宅发展的两大根本问题。
