作为舶来品的合法性 (Ｉｅｇｉｔｉｍａｃｙ)一词由来已久 ,起初其意指国王或女王应当根据其合法婚生的身份取得君位[1] ,现在它还指人们内心的一种态度 ,即政府的治理是正当的[2 ] 。合法性是维持一个政治体系长期存在与稳定发展的重要支柱 ,一旦合法性丧失 ,则该政治体系也将最终瓦解。从实践来看 ,任何政权都不能单纯依靠高压与暴力来统治 ,而必须及早建构其合法性基础 ,取得被统治者的同意。如果这种合法性始终没有确立或受到了损害 ,则政府法律、法规、政令的贯彻实施就会遇到严重阻碍。所以多尔夫·斯顿伯格曾经指出 :“合法性的愿望… | | |  推荐 CAJ下载  PDF下载 | | | CAJViewer7.0阅读器支持所有CNKI文件格式，AdobeReader仅支持PDF格式 | | | | Reflections on the concept of legitimacy and monarchy legitimacy in ancient China | | | CHEN Gang (Wuhan University;Wuhan Hubei 430072;China) [WT5”HZ] | | | The legitimacy is an important part in the study of politics. It is the backbone to maintain a political system in a state of long-term existence and stable development. In abroad, there is disagreement about the definition of legitimacy, and in ancient China there were also different understandings. The obtaining and maintaining of the monarchy legitimacy are associated with political, cultural and social elements. The traditional Confucius culture is the basis for the monarchy legitimacy in ancient China.
