| | | | | 西周初社会结构的分解合并与国家形成 | | | 刘孟骧 | | | 中国国家形成于周初。周初分封是古代“自然长成的结构”的大分解、大合并。宗法制是对亲属关系的首次政治和组织改造。周公制礼是对社会生活习惯的有序化变革。随着宗法结构的解体，郡县制、成文法出现，战国时代的国家形态高度成熟，其发展水平与克里斯提尼改革时的雅典及《十二铜表法》颁布后的罗马相当。

The patriarchal clan system was the result of the find political and structural raconstruction of kindred relationship. Making the rites by Zhou Gong was an orderly reform of social customs. With the decomposition of the patriarchal clan structure, the appearance of the system of prefectures and counties and the unwritten laws, the national shape was matured highly during the Warring States Period. The development level of the national shape matched that of Athens during the Cleisthenes Reform Period and that of Rome after the promulgtion of the Twelve Copper- Meter Laws.
