一、教育产品的性质教育产品是指教育部门和教育单位所提供的产品，这种产品又称教育服务。教育产品是什么性质的？是公共产品、准公共产品还是私人产品？学术界的意见不完全一致。在这里，我谈一谈个人的观点。根据经济学中给定的定义，公共产品是指政府向居民户提供的各种服务的总称。公共产品包括的范围很广，诸如国防、治安、司法、行政管理、经济调节等，都是政府向居民户提供的服务。此外，由政府提供经费而实现的教育服务、卫生保健服务、社会保障服务等，也是公共产品。私人产品与公共产品在性质上是不同的。私人产品指居民户或企业… | | |  推荐 CAJ下载  PDF下载 | | | CAJViewer7.0阅读器支持所有CNKI文件格式，AdobeReader仅支持PDF格式 |
