| | | | | 论大国东亚地缘经济战略与东亚地区经济合作 | | | 段进军;陆大道 | | | 本文从历史的角度，说明地缘战略是大国实施其全球战略的重要手段。在此基础上指出，冷战后，国际政治格局发生了很大的变化，地缘政治斗争逐渐让位于地缘经济斗争。东亚虽然发生了严重的经济危机，而东亚奇迹确是不可争辩的事实。所以，从长远来看，东亚地区仍将是美、日、欧等大国地缘政治经济斗争的焦点地区。各大国纷纷提出了自己的东亚地缘战略，特别是美日的东亚地缘战略，其目的在于主宰东亚地区的经济发展，最终实现其控制全球的战略目标。为了制衡美日的地缘战略，唯一正确的选择就是根据东亚地区的实际，加强东亚地区的经济合作，特别是发展中国家之间的经济合作，以促成东亚经济合作组织的建立
