在地震多发国日本，有史以来一直蒙受由大量地震带来的灾难。关东大地震（1923年）因发生巨大火灾成为受害最严重的一次震灾。近年来，鸟取地震（1943年）、东南海地震（1944年）、三河地震（1945年）、南海地震（1946年）、福井地震（1948年）连续不断，直至新泻地震（1964年）、十胜冲地震（1968年）的发生，致使大量房屋倒塌、烧毁，人员伤亡惨重。可以说都市现代化不但没能减轻灾害，随着都市的发展，受灾害的程度反而在扩大。1995年发生的城市直下型阪神·淡路大地震，给城市设施带来了极大的损害，对确保都市安全性而言产生了一些新的… | | |  推荐 CAJ下载  PDF下载 | | | CAJViewer7.0阅读器支持所有CNKI文件格式，AdobeReader仅支持PDF格式 |
