| | | | | 主体性道德人格教育:概念与特征 | | | 肖川 | | | 无视个体主体性是学校道德教育实效低下的重要原因之一。不利于学生主体性道德人格形成的教育突出地表现为教育与生活的脱节，其典型表现为没有能够将有争议的问题、尖锐的社会矛盾、敏感的价值问题以及教师个人真实的想法在教学中展示给学生。主体性道德人格教育力图标识这样一个方向：即个体人格尊严的确立和对个人自主选择的尊重，既是道德教育的目标，也是道德教育得以有效进行的前提。道德教育应以学生主体性道德人格的确立为目标，拒斥强制、灌输和惩罚，实现向主体性道德人格教育的转向，使道德教育，进而使整个教育获得与时代精神相一致的品性与意蕴
