 国有股转让的现状研究及对策分析

 　　经过对近年来国有股转让状况的研究,提出国有股转让有其功效性,但也存在较多问题,主要包括转让价格的制定问题与转让过程中及转让后对企业、投资者有不利影响问题.在此基础上,以定性定量相结合的方式提出解决问题的方案.

 Analysis of Current Situation and Countermeasures to the State Owned Share's Transfer

 　The current situation of the state owned share's transfer is analyzed in detail with an idea that both the effect and the tough tasks including the determination of transfer price and the influence on the enterprises and investors during the transfer are existed . On the analyzed basis, the countermeasures are put forward by qualitative and quantitative methods.
