| | | | | 体育科技期刊编辑队伍存在的问题及对策研究 | | | 卢成义，李皿，吕民政 | | | 通过对２８家全国体育院校学报、各省市体育科学学会和体科所办的体育科技类学术期刊的调查发现，体育科技期刊编辑队伍存在的问题是：编辑人员的年龄结构与编龄呈严重反差，编辑年龄老化，知识体系需要更新，编辑队伍不稳定等。据此提出了加强编辑队伍建设的对策。

We alsn put forward countermasures to strengthen the building of editorial team.
