| | | | | 积极进行高等职业教育试点办出特色办出水平 | | | 姜成坛 | | | 发展高等职业教育是经济和社会发展的需要，是教育结构调整的需要。北京联合大学经过近三年的高等职业教育试，或，在数量上有较大的发展，并办出一定的特色和水平，同时进行了高等职业教育的研究。取得成绩的原因是狠抓了观念的转变，各级领导的重视，虚心学习了国内外的好经验，积极和行业、中等职业教育合作以及北京联合大学自身的优势。在北京市经费投入和政策的大力支持下，加上自身的努力，北京联合大学能够成为北京高等职业教育的“中心”并形成“网络”，将一个有特色、高水平的高等职业教育带入２１世纪。
