| | | | | 甘草次酸钠的调血脂及急性毒性作用 | | | 孟富敏,李新芳,崔志刚 | | | 本文用正常动物观察甘单次酸钠(Na-GC1)对血脂的影响及其急性毒性作用,结果表明Na-GC1 10mg·kg-1及40mg·kg-1时,明显降低鸡及大白鼠TG、LDL,但对TC影响较小。急性毒性按孙瑞元综合计算法求得小白鼠ig LD50为406.15mg·kg-1,ip LD50为141.52mg·kg-1,半数致死量的95％平均可信限分别为406.15±91.38mg·kg-1及141.52±28.66mg·kg-1。

(Department of Pharmacology;Lanzhou Medical College) | | | This paper presents that as a drug sodium glycyrrhetinate (Na - GC1) isolated by Institute of Ningxia Chemical Industry has previous screening methods in normai animals (chickens and rats)for observing the ef-fects of Na - GC1 with hypolipoproteinemic actions and it's foxicity. The results shows that when the doses 10mg · kg-1 used on the animals,orally.Na-GC1 caused significant decreases in blood triglyceride levels both on chickens(86. 9% ,n = 0,P<0. 01) and rats(55. 8% ,n = 8,P<0. 01 )respectively and β-lipoproteins low-ered 43. 6%(n = 10,P<0. 01) in blood of chickens. When the doses used in 40mg · kg-1 on the chickens,o-rally,it also caused significant decreases in blood β-lipoproteins to 37. 3% (n==8,P<0. 01),but cholesteral level has only a little change. According to a synthetical caiculations of Sun Reiyuan's methods,the acute toxicity LD50 values obtained after intragastroal administration for mice and intraperitoneal administration both 406. 13±91. 38mg · kg-1(P = 0. 95) and 141.52mg ·kg-1±28. 66mg · kg-1(P=0. 95) respectively. Na - GC1 as a drug is suggesting of a new development for hypolipoproteinemic action.
