| | | | | 对运动员转项成才现象的初步研究 | | | 王大卫 | | | 文章对我国现阶段运动训练中存在的运动员转项成才现象进行了剖析,首次提出了异项潜才概念,认为异项潜才的存在是运动员转项成才的重要基础,诸多因素对选材定向的制约、运动员多项成才的可能以及新竞技项目的设立是造成异项潜才存在的原因。异项潜才的主要特征表现为,普及发展程度较低项目的潜才多存在于相似性较高、且普及发展程度也较高的“基础”项目中,并具有这些项目一定的竞技能力特征。异项潜才多具有中级以下训练水平,男子年龄多在20岁以下,女子年龄多在18岁以下。

l前言 运动人才的不断涌现是促进一个国家竞技体育运动发达的重要因素。在竞技体育这个开放系统中,运动员的成才因受到多种因素的制约和影响而表现出复杂多变的现象。在国内外运动员的众多成才现象中,有一个现象至今尚未引起人们重视,它表现为一些运动员在原来选定的运动项目上 | | | | | |  推荐 下载CAJ全文  下载PDF全文 | | | CAJViewer7.0阅读器支持所有CNKI文件格式，AdobeReader仅支持PDF格式 | | | | Preliminary Study of the Phenomenon of Becoming Successful after Changing the Athlete′s Event (BSCAE) | | | Wang Dawei (Office of China Sports Science Society;Beijing;China 100763) | | | In this paper,and analysis of the phenomenon of BSCAE was made and the concept of potential talents of other eventswas first put forward.The results of the study show that the existence of potential talents of other events is an important ba-sis for BSCAE and the causes of the existence of potential talents of other events are as follows:1.There are many factors restricting talent selection of athletes.2.There is a possibility that some athletes are potential talents in more than one event.3.New competitive sport events continue to be set up.The main charcteristics of the potential talents of other events are as follows:1.Potential talents of less popular and less developed events mainly exist in the more popular and more developed“basic” events which are similar in character to the less popular and less developed events.2.Most potential talents have the ability to compete in those events to a certain degree and their training level in thoseevents is around the middle level.3.The age of potential talents is under 20 for male and under 18 for female.
